Close To My Heart is a private, non-profit early childhood center that provides an inspiring, encouraging, and enlightening environment for all learners. We strive to meet the individual needs of each child enrolled. Our program encourages the whole child’s development (cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development) through personal and small group play activities.

Our curriculum and childcare program integrates a wealth of intriguing and engaging learning activities that stimulate brain development in children. We also believe that the support of families, educators, health care providers, and the greater community contributes to this growth. Together, our community can bring children to their full potential.

OUR GOALS

Our education goal is simple: to help your child blossom intellectually, socially, and emotionally while having purposeful fun along the way. Our unique early childhood education programs are individually designed to match your child’s developmental level.

Our classroom equipment is industry-tested and carefully chosen for age appropriateness. The curriculum for each age group is regularly reviewed, modified, and enhanced by a team of educational experts. The curriculum offers experiences to promote self-esteem, creativity, language development, cognitive skills, and fine and gross motor skills. A healthy self-concept is nurtured through warm, supportive teacher-child relationships, individual attention, and encouragement of independence.
